::It's really not necessary to change the title, yes. As I see, other languages didn't translate the "wiki" word either, so it wouldn't be a problem.
::For the "öge" word; I use the Turkish Language Association's original dictionary and I don't think there can be a mistake on there. As I search on there, "öğe" is not a word and the right usage is "öge".
