:Hi Syammu! Yes, Tiled is free and reliable. I have it myself, I downloaded it from https://thorbjorn.itch.io/tiled
:Click the blue "Download Now" button, and then "<u>No thanks, just take me to the downloads</u>" to skip the part where you can donate money.
:It doesn't use any other apps, but it does have to be installed. (You have to save the downloaded file somewhere you can find it, then double-click it to install Tiled.)
